U.S. Chamber of Commerce Washington Headquarters

Washington, D.C. · Heffron Project Managers: George and Colin Dunn · Current
For more than four decades, Heffron has worked inside the historic U.S. Chamber of Commerce headquarters in Washington, D.C. — directly across from the White House — delivering the kind of long-horizon mechanical work that only happens when an owner keeps calling the same contractor back. Over that time, Heffron has renovated all six floors of the building, installed new HVAC systems, and supported the owner with the operational planning required to keep a landmark headquarters moving while the work is underway. The result is not a single isolated project, but an ongoing body of work built on trust, continuity, and execution inside one of the city’s most visible historic addresses.

Owner: United States Chamber of Commerce
