How We Grow Our People
Our model is simple: hire well, train deeply, promote from within. The result is a workforce that knows the work, knows each other, and stays long enough to build something lasting.
Our in-house apprentice program has graduated 6 to 7 apprentices in recent cohorts, every one trained on the standards, the safety culture, and the craftsmanship that have defined Heffron for over 100 years. Apprentices learn the trade alongside seasoned journeymen on real jobs, not just in the classroom.
We invest in the people we already have. Welders become foremen. Foremen become superintendents. Service techs become senior leads. Every promotion strengthens the company because the experience stays in-house and compounds year after year.
